I have a Service Animal that I am bringing with me.

Under the ADA, “service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the individual's disability.”

We will consider requests for service and emotional support animals with proper documentation.

Can I have a pet? What are fees I am required to pay?

Pets are allowed at select properties! However, you may be charged an additional one-time and/or recurring fee. This is typically advertised on a listing.

The additional amount that residents owe will vary by property, location, and pet type.

Depending on these factors, fees may include pet deposits and/or pet rent.

You will be contacted prior to your lease end date with the new proposal for your lease.

If there are any changes to your lease, including monthly rent increases, new annual local rent board fees, etc, you will receive a notice informing you of the change.
