Owning and renting real estate can be a wise financial decision, but it's crucial to have adequate insurance coverage to protect your investment. With the increasing number of renters, landlords must take steps to minimize the risk of financial loss, and having landlord insurance is a key component.

An ethical approach to business is good. No shocker there. To say otherwise would be a blow to motherhood, the flag, and apple pie. But ethics as both a concept and a practice is more than that. It is good business.

The Eugene Burger Scholarship for Affordable Housing covers 75% of the member tuition rate for up to three ARM certification courses or exams.

Utilities may be set up in a variety of ways, depending on where you live and the wishes of the property owner. In many cases, residents will be responsible for contacting utility companies, transferring the bills directly to their names, and paying any associated fees.
