
What documents do I need to submit with my application?
Residential Tenants
There are a few pieces of information you need to submit with your application: including valid government-issued photo identification and proof of income.
- Proof of income - can be submitted using paystubs, bank statements, tax returns, proof of disability, SSI, Student housing, alimony, and Section 8 vouchers where accepted. The total monthly income on an application needs to be 2.5-3 times the total monthly rent.
- Identification - Valid government-issued photo identification including a driver's license, a state ID, passport, or green card
Other documents that may be required include:
- Reference letters for pets and vaccination records These can show that your pet isn’t dangerous and that you’re a responsible pet owner.
- Vehicle-related documents: Proof of insurance and registration will usually be required if you have a vehicle that will need to be parked on the landlord’s property.
