EBMC Reno Welcomes The Village at Hawk View to Its Management Portfolio

Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC) is pleased to announce that its Reno team will provide property management services for The Village at Hawk View, a new affordable housing community in Reno, Nevada, owned and operated by the Reno Housing Authority (RHA).

Located at 1500 Steelwood Lane, The Village at Hawk View will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes and townhomes, providing new housing options for individuals and families in the Reno community.

EBMC will work alongside the Reno Housing Authority to support leasing, day-to-day property operations, resident services, and the community’s transition into full operations as it prepares to welcome its first residents.
