EBMC is proud to announce that we have been awarded the management of The Afton at Sparks Marina, a new affordable senior housing community located in Sparks, Nevada.

This 142-unit community is designed to serve residents aged 55 and older, providing high-quality housing options for individuals and families earning between 60% and 80% of the area median income. With modern apartment features and thoughtfully designed community spaces, The Afton represents an important addition to the growing need for accessible housing in the region.
