Carra Clampitt Re-Elected to CACM Board of Directors

January 2016 - EBMC Northern California Vice President Carra Clampitt has been re-elected to the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) Board of Directors for a second 3-year term beginning January 2016.

Carra brings over 33 years of community association management experience to the Board. She currently holds credentials including the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS), Large Scale Community Management Certificate, Portfolio Management Certificate, and a California Real Estate Salesperson License.

Carra is also qualified to teach the following CACM classes:

  • Board Basics
  • Ethics
  • Effective Board Meetings
  • Assessment Collection
  • Advanced Budgeting
  • Advanced Financial Reviews
  • Time and Task Management for Portfolio Management
