Wine Country ECHO Seminar to educate HOA members is scheduled for March 24, 2012

The ECHO Wine Country Resource Panel will be presenting "A Saturday Matinee" on March 24, 2012, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm at Sally Tomatoes in Rohnert Park, California.  This is an education session for HOA members and an opportunity for approximately 25 - 30 vendors (including EBMC) to present information about their services.

Registration begins at 8:00 am and the event will begin at 9:00 am. A continental breakfast will be served.  There will be four major topics presented by expert speakers.  The topics include: Directors and Officers Liability Insurance, Legal Update, Dangerous Maintenance Deferrals, and Disaster Preparedness.  The speakers will be finalized at the January Wine Country Resource Panel meeting.

The presentations will end at 12:30pm, when a break-out session for questions & answers will begin.

The regional panels support ECHO in specific regions by providing a forum for discussions of current common interest housing concerns among a diverse group of business and professional people, by assisting in homeowner association and business membership growth, by informing, assisting and educating the governing boards of member and nonmember associations in the region, and by supporting all ECHO events, publications and legislative advocacy initiatives.

There are currently six regional panels, including the Wine Country Resource Panel, which was founded by EBMC Vice President Carra Clampitt and is currently hosted by EBMC Property Supervisor Maria Birch.
