2008 COMMERCIAL LEASING

Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC) has obtained the leasing agreement for the new 190,000 sf. - Minden Gateway Center located in Minden, Nevada. The mixed use property with a lifestyle retail component features upscale shops, restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, office building and select retailers.  Holiday Inn Express Hotel is now under construction.  

The property encompasses 13.32 acres and is located at the high visibility corner of Highway 88 and Highway 395 in scenic Minden, Nevada. This center offers spaces from 900SF to 14,000SF with competitive rental rates.

Wells Fargo Bank Trust Department, Petaluma, CA

On March 1, 2008, EBMC began managing 1318 Ross Street, Petaluma, a 7,000 sf industrial building. The building is controlled by The Wells Fargo Wealth Management Group. Zachary Bernstein, Asset Manager for Wells Fargo Wealth Management Group performed the management negotiations with Lori Burger, Senior Vice President for EBMC. Ted Donaldson heading up EBMC's northern California Commercial Division will be EBMCs property manager on the account.



7100 Bowling Land Trust

On June 19, 2008, EBMC's Sacramento Office added another new property to its portfolio. The new client is the Trustee for - 7100 Bowling Land Trust. The commercial property is approximately 30,000 square foot and located in Sacramento, CA. Negotiations were handled by Iris Cochlan, District Manager heading up EBMC's Sacramento Division and the Trustee for the property.
