Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC) has obtained the leasing agreement for the new 190,000 sf. - Minden Gateway Center located in Minden, Nevada. The mixed use property with a lifestyle retail component features upscale shops, restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, office building and select retailers.  Holiday Inn Express Hotel is now under construction.  

The property encompasses 13.32 acres and is located at the high visibility corner of Highway 88 and Highway 395 in scenic Minden, Nevada. This center offers spaces from 900SF to 14,000SF with competitive rental rates.

Dr. Sean Patterson, DC, has relocated his Chiropractic business, Yellow House Chiropractic from Placerville to magnificent La Borgata at Serrano that is in El Dorado Hills, CA, signing a 3 year lease, 1,400 s.f. La Borgata at Serrano is managed by EBMC's Auburn Office.

Independent Living Centers - 755 N. Roop Street, Carson City, NV expanded their operations. This Tenant signed a five (5) year lease and will be moving from 668 square feet to 2,803 square feet in January 2009.

Jimmy Beans Wool - Expanded their operations. This Tenant took occupancy of an additional 1,090 square    feet for a four (4) year term at the Smithridge Shopping Center, 5000 Smithridge Dr., Reno, NV.  Marsha Jones with Eugene Burger Management Corporation represented the Landlord.

The State of Nevada, Adult Mental Health Department leased approximately 14,400 square feet at 70 Linden Street, Reno NV for a seven-year term. Kelly McKenzie of Eugene Burger Management Corporation represented the Landlord.

David Alessi, Esq. and Alpha 1 Construction subleased 1,529 square feet at 5011 Meadowood Mall Way, Reno NV for a one-year term. Kelly McKenzie of Eugene Burger Management Corporation represented the Landlord.

Tikki Tanning leased 1,020 square feet at 10190 North McCarran Blvd., Reno NV for a three-year term. Nikki Tanner and Marsha Jones of Eugene Burger Management Corporation represented the Landlord and Doug McIntyre of Mt. Rose Brokerage, represented the Tenant.

June Wieland of Eugene Burger Management Corporation obtained the management and leasing listing agreements for 905 East Prater Way, Sparks NV.

Reno Sparks Gospel Mission leased 3,500 square feet at the Hacienda Plaza, Sparks NV for a five-year term. Marsha Jones and Nikki Tanner of Eugene Burger Management Corporation represented the Landlord.

Reno Sparks Gospel Mission leased 5,000 square feet at 5105 Sun Valley Blvd., Sun Valley NV for a five-year term. Marsha Jones and Nikki Tanner of Eugene Burger Management Corporation represented the Landlord.

Computers of Reno at the Smithridge Shopping Center, Reno NV renewed 1,656 square feet for a five-year term. Marsha Jones and Kelly McKenzie of Eugene Burger Management Corporation represented the Landlord.

Motor Sheep at the Smithridge Shopping Center, Reno NV renewed 1,704 square feet for a five-year term. Marsha Jones of Eugene Burger Management Corporation represented the Landlord.

Jackson-Hewitt Tax Services at 909 S. Wells Avenue, Reno NV renewed 960 square feet for a three-year term. Kelly McKenzie of Eugene Burger Management Corporation represented the Landlord.

Kit Fox RV Park is located one hour from Yosemite National Park and conveniently located off of I-5 in beautiful Patterson, California. Kit Fox RV Park offers 151 spaces, Pull Through RV sites, full RV hook-ups, 50/30/20 amp electric at sites, a common laundry facilities and rest-rooms with showers, lovely picnic area, clubhouse and has a friendly on-site welcoming staff.

On March 1, 2008, EBMC began managing 1318 Ross Street, Petaluma, a 7,000 sf industrial building. The building is controlled by The Wells Fargo Wealth Management Group. Zachary Bernstein, Asset Manager for Wells Fargo Wealth Management Group performed the management negotiations with Lori Burger, Senior Vice President for EBMC. Ted Donaldson heading up EBMC's northern California Commercial Division will be EBMCs property manager on the account.

On June 19, 2008, EBMC's Sacramento Office added another new property to its portfolio. The new client is the Trustee for - 7100 Bowling Land Trust. The commercial property is approximately 30,000 square foot and located in Sacramento, CA. Negotiations were handled by Iris Cochlan, District Manager heading up EBMC's Sacramento Division and the Trustee for the property.
