EBMC’s management services include property management, maintenance and property inspections, marketing and leasing, accounting, hiring of onsite employees, resident screening and application process, supervision of contractors, budgeting, collections of rents, assisting with evictions and legal issues, reviewing rules, regulations and applications for compliance with state and local laws and helping the owner meet investment goals. Optional services include consulting, assisting with capital improvements and other investment activities.

EBMC uses Yardi Voyager accounting software which is an internet based software program that enables the onsite staff and off-site supervisor to work together on accounting issues which ensures that accounting issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

Through webinars, internet conferencing and one-on-one training the onsite employees training is maximized and the park’s operations are maximized. First class accounting reports are available on cash, accrual or modified accrual basis. There are a wide variety of ancillary reports available to meet most any park owner’s need.
