The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has been the source for education, resources, information, and membership for real estate management professionals for more than 75 years. An affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®, IREM is the only professional real estate management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors. With 80 U.S. chapters, 13 international chapters, and several other partnerships around the globe, IREM serves as an advocate on issues affecting the real estate management industry. Collectively, IREM Members in the United States manage over $1.5 trillion in real estate assets, including 8.4 million residential units and 8.4 billion net square feet of commercial space. IREM Members are employed by some of the most prestigious real estate firms in the world and nearly 70% hold upper-level management positions. Due to their professionalism and vast experience, property owners and investors worldwide continually seek out the management services of IREM Members.



The Accredited Management Organization accreditation is given by the Institute of Real Estate Management to recognize excellence among real estate management firms. AMO® firms manage approximately 2.6 million residential units and 1 billion net square feet of commercial space, the total value of which exceeds more than $289.1 billion. Eugene Burger Management Corporation has held the AMO® Designation since 1979.



California Association of Community Managers, Inc. – Management Firm Council Member Founded in 1991, CACM is the only organization in California whose membership is comprised entirely of community association managers and association practitioners. As such, it is the leading resource for California specific education, activities, products, services and networking opportunities to help managers and management companies achieve excellence in the industry. CACM's Management Firm Council (MFC) member. MFC is comprised of management firms that are dedicated to setting standards of excellence for the community management industry, while promoting professional ideas and following best practices.


The Counselors of Real Estate is the membership organization established exclusively for real estate advisors who provide intelligent, unbiased, and trusted advice for a client or employer. Founded in 1953, the organization serves 1,100 members worldwide, all who hold the "CRE" designation. CREs are linked to one another by their commitment to integrity, competence, community, trust, and service; and they adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice. The purpose of the organization is to serve as an information resource and to provide its members with opportunities for professional development, knowledge sharing, and networking, all grounded in a culture of camaraderie. Membership in the organization is awarded by invitation only through peer, employer and client review.  

ECHO or the Executive Council of Homeowners is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to assisting California homeowners associations. ECHO provides help to homeowners associations on many fronts: financial and legal issues, insurance, maintenance, and management. Members receive help through conferences, trade shows, seminars, a monthly magazine, the ECHO Journal, and publications. ECHO is an owners' organization. Founded in San Jose in 1972 with a nucleus of five owner associations, ECHO membership has grown to over 1,500 association members representing over 100,000 homes.



Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations. For more than 30 years, CAI has been the leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals who support them. Members include community association volunteer leaders, professional managers, community management firms and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations. Management companies are the professional backbone of the communities they serve, providing the knowledge and expertise that is crucial to the successful management and operation of associations.




Affordable Housing Management Association of Northern California, Nevada and Hawaii (AHMA-NCNH) is a non-profit, professional organization of property management companies and owners who specialize in the development and operation of multifamily affordable housing. AHMA-NCNH is dedicated to improving the professional skills and knowledge of personnel working in this special field, to industry representation, and to a better living environment for all residents of assisted housing.



The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) is the leading voice for affordable housing, advocating on behalf of multifamily property managers and owners whose mission is to provide quality affordable housing. As an advocate for professional standards for affordable housing providers, NAHMA holds a unique position in the industry. Founded in 1990, NAHMA's membership today includes the industry's most distinguished multifamily managers, owners, and industry stakeholders. NAHMA's mission is to support legislative and regulatory policy that promotes the development and preservation of decent and safe affordable housing. NAHMA serves as a vital resource for technical education and information, fosters strategic relations between government and industry, and recognizes those who exemplify the best in affordable housing. NAHMA is the voice in Washington for 20 regional, state and local affordable housing management associations (AHMAs) nationwide.



The Affordable Housing Management Association, Pacific Southwest (AHMA-PSW) is a non-profit organization composed of affordable housing providers, including agents, owners, property managers and related professionals who offer management and products or services to the affordable housing industry - low and moderate income families, seniors and persons with disabilities. It is the professional association for the affordable housing management industry. AHMA-PSW represents agents and owners of affordable housing in the areas of Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. AHMA-PSW provides a medium for the exchange of information among the management agents of government-assisted housing, to enable such agents to solve common management problems, to facilitate communications between management agents and the government agencies with which they deal, to provide meaningful assistance to agents and owners in fulfilling their responsibilities to residents of government-assisted housing, and to strive to effect improvement in the quality of life for residents of affordable housing.

The Rohnert Park Chamber of Commerce is a membership organization made up of companies and individuals in business. The mission is to create an environment in Rohnert Park in which businesses can thrive economically, socially and culturally and to improve the quality of life in the community. The Chamber accomplishes its mission by being economic development consultant and advisor; new resident and tourist information center; spokesperson and advocate for businesses; counselor for businesses in economics, marketing, human resources; government relations specialists and lobbyists; and public relations expert; and publicist for Rohnert Park.

Founded in 1895, the Sacramento Metro Chamber is the largest, oldest and most prominent voice of business in the greater Sacramento area. Representing nearly 2,200 member businesses and business organizations in the six-county Sacramento region, the Metro Chamber has for 115 years served as the region’s leading proponent of regional cooperation and primary advocate on issues The chamber offers value in the areas of business-to-business networking and visibility, business education, professional resources and community development.

Founded in 1906, the Auburn Chamber of Commerce has a long history with an impressive list of accomplishments for business and community.  The Chamber supports, represents, promotes, and advocates for business before local government and regulatory agencies.  From its early beginning, local business visionaries established the Auburn Chamber of Commerce to, in the words of their charter, “have a central body, always organized and always ready to take up any proposition for the public good.” With those simple but direct words to guide the Auburn Chamber, we have worked with business leaders and local government to take a historic small mining and railroad town and transform it into a modern city.   Today, the Auburn Chamber has a membership of over 750 businesses.



The Bay Area & Central Chapter of Community Associations Institute serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community association management professionals from the Bay Area to the Nevada border. The CAI Bay Central Chapter has over 600 members including nearly 75 businesses, and over 50 Associations representing several thousand households. CAI members include all types of association-governed communities, such as condominium and homeowner associations, cooperatives, and planned communities of all sizes; individual homeowners; community managers and management firms; builders and developers; accountants, attorneys, lenders, insurance providers, reserve specialists, and other providers of professional services; public officials; and product and service suppliers—all working together to create more livable communities.

The Rental Housing Association of Sacramento Valley is a non-profit organization serving rental owners and property managers in the Sacramento Valley region.  Members of our association own or manage over 80,000 rental properties, from single-family homes to apartment communities.  RHA is the local Chapter of the California Apartment Association.



The North Coast Rental Housing Association was started with a single goal in mind: provide the best possible resource to landlords and owners of rentals units. Today, we serve Sonoma, Lake, Mendocino, Humboldt, and Del Norte counties, helping approximately 300 members make better informed and well supported landlord decisions. The NCRHA is a member organization of the California Apartment Association Network.

The California Apartment Association (CAA) is the nation’s largest statewide trade association representing owners, investors, developers, managers and suppliers of apartment communities. Since 1941, CAA has been dedicated to protecting its members’ investments through political advocacy in the halls of state and local government, assisting them to comply with new laws and regulations through knowledge and information and educating members on emerging trends, legal issues, risk management and best business practices. 

California’s most successful property management companies, developers, real estate investment trusts, and thousands of individual independent apartment owners belong to CAA. With more than 17,000 members, representing more than 50,000 owners and industry professionals, CAA is the most respected voice of the multi-family industry in the state.



CalARVC is recognized as the premiere state association in the RV park & camping industry. CALARVC leaders are distinguished as the most progressive and well trained in the country. CALARVC members are the best educated in the industry. CALARVC provides the most accessible & comprehensive RV park and campground management training available. CalARVC has built strong and lasting alliances with other groups and entities, resulting in significant influence with RVIA, RVDA and other industry participants and leaders. CALARVC has been proactive in the legislative and regulatory processes and has cultivated multi-billion dollar investments throughout California RV parks & campgrounds. CalARVC has led park owners in implementing best practices and striving for professional excellence in customer service.
