DESIGNATIONS & PROFESSIONAL APPOINTMENTS

October 1, 2003 – Karen J. Brigg, Regional Director and Senior Vice President of EBMC was appointed by the Governor of the State of Nevada to serve as a Commissioner of Common Interest Communities for a one year term. The Commission for Common-Interest Communities is a five-member body, appointed by the governor that acts in an advisory capacity to the Division, adopts regulations, and conducts disciplinary hearings.

June 19, 2003, Lynn Dale, Property Manager at EBMC’s Petaluma Calif. Office received her Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation from the California Association of Community Managers.

March 10, 2003, Laureen Dobbs, Property Manager at EBMC’s Petaluma Calif. Office received her Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation from the California Association of Community Managers.

January 29, 2003, Corinne Heald, Office Manager and part-time Property Manager at EBMC’s Petaluma Calif. Office received her Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation from the California Association of Community Managers.

January 1, 2003, Michael Liberty, Operations Coordinator, of EBMC's Las Vegas Office received his Masters Business Administration from San Francisco Technical University. Michael has more than 10 years experience in commercial property management and joined EBMC in 2007. Michael has his BA/BACCTG from the University of Southern California.

January 1, 2003, Jay T. Kacirk, CPM, Senior Vice President and District Manager of EBMC’s Carlsbad, California Office was appointed by the Institute of Real Estate Management to serve as a member of national committees; MKL402 Review Team, 2003 Educational Conference Advisory Board, Foundation Board of Directors, Governing Councilor, Faculty Selection Advisory, Executive Committee and Faculty (ALL) U.S. national courses, all of which are national appointments.

January 1, 2003, Lori E. Burger, CPM, PCAM, CCAM, Senior Vice President, appointed by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) to serve on IREM’s Foundation Board of Directors, Governing Councilor, Faculty Selection Advisory, all of which are national appointments.

January 1, 2003, Stephen L. Burger, CPM, CSM, President, appointed by the
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) to serve on IREM’s Membership,
Membership Task Force and is a Governing Councilor. All of which are
national appointments.
