Much of our team's day is focused on serving clients and client customers. The clients we serve are many and include; homeowners, residents and tenants, property owners, investors, asset managers, real estate agents, appraisers, vendors and other owner representatives. The methods and means by which we communicate with our customers are constantly changing due to the evolution of technology.
EBMC maintains a staff of talented individuals to teach a host of property management and professional skills. We believe in the value of knowledge and sharing it. While the skills we train our team on are vast, the art of successful communication is changing so rapidly in our industry that we look to professional organizations such as CACM to assist in the training.
