Inga Hale was the recipient of the 2012 Southern Nevada On-Site Manager of the Year awarded by the
Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Nevada Chapter at its annual awards
gala on January 12, 2013.This award was
presented to the individual who has been a certified CAM for two years or more
and that not only exemplifies the ethics and goals of CAI but also supports and
fosters the educational and management goals of the association for which she
is working and is a member in good standing with CAI.
Inga is a supervising community manager at EBMC’s Las Vegas,
NV operations with over seven years experience managing planned unit
developments, condominiums, and master associations.She currently holds the following CAI
designations:Certified Manager of
Community Associations (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist
