The publication is a set of best practices to serve as a useful and meaningful tool for Real Estate Management Company Executives and was developed over time by IREM’s industry Standards Advisory Board. Mr. Stephen Burger, CPM – EBMC's President served as a member of IREM's Industry Standards Advisory Board and participated in the development of the publication.
As part of that Board's development process, executives of firms holding the AMO accreditation were surveyed to obtain industry-wide consensus on what constituted best practices in the delivery of real estate management services.
