One of Beacon Commercial Owners Association's owners, Beacon Retail, proudly announced its newest commercial tenant - Lucky Strike. Lucky Strike will occupy 22,000 square feet at 200 King Street, San Francisco occupying the former tenant space - Borders. Lucky Strike is a unique bar and restaurant that boasts 21 locations, offering bowling lanes wrapped in a stimulating atmosphere of art, music and energetic crowd.
The Lucky Strike at this location will have 12 bowling lanes, a 40 foot bar, private rooms, giant projection screens and a full restaurant menu. Grand Opening is scheduled for March 9, 2012.
The Beacon Commercial Association is located across the street from AT&T Park, home to the San Francisco Giants, and guess who's a partner in the new Lucky Strike? None other than Brian Patrick Wilson. You will want to check out lane #12 as it has been re-branded to #38 in his honor.
Brian Patrick Wilson (born March 16, 1982) is an American professional baseball relief pitcher for the San Francisco Giants of Major League Baseball. Statistically, Wilson has become one of baseball's best closers, and is known for his repertoire that consists of a four-seam fastball, cutter, slider and a two-seam sinking fastball. More recently, Wilson has drawn fan and media attention for his thick black beard and eccentric behavior.
The Beacon Commercial Association is a prominent 1.2 million square foot mixed use commercial association that has been managed by Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC) since August 2008.
EBMC's - Lori Burger, CPM, Senior VP, Jennifer Bearse - General Manager, Wendy Huber - Assistant General Manager and Jason Horner - Chief Engineer head up the management team for the Beacon.
