EBMC has been the managing agent for Stonehedge Place Apartments, a 114 unit, affordable apartment community in Longmont, Colorado for over twenty years. The current property supervisor is Jay Kacirk, working from EBMC's Irvine office.
During the past two years, the exterior has been overhauled with the replacement of old siding, new roofs and fences and a complete paint job. The most recent renovation concluded in September 2011 with the demolition of a small structure used as the rental office, and in its place was built a new building that is approximately twice the size of the original.
The design and supervision of this project was performed by co-general partner, Don Lawrence. Upon his recent visit to the property to view the completed office, he remarked that "I am so happy with the staff of EBMC for their support and hard work in the transformation of this property. From the maintenance staff to the site managers and property supervisor, this has been a team effort that produced results exceeding my expectations".
Plans are being studied for certain interior improvements to upgrade the apartments which were built in the early 1970's.
