At Carson Catalina Apartments there is always something fun going on at this dynamic family-oriented community. In 
July, the staff headed up by Resident Manager - Pepper Kemp held a puppet show at the property for children of all ages. Finding things of interest for the residents is a full time job. Pepper and her staff plan events throughout the year to inspire a sense of community and promote a harmonious relationship between the children and the onsite management team.
Tenant retention is paramount to the property's financial success as the Carson Valley continues to struggle with high unemployment and competing properties offer a barrage of move-in incentives to try and entice residents away.
Carson Catalina was built in 1980 and competes with much newer properties that offer significantly greater amenities. But, Carson Catalina boasts a vast amount of acreage with lots of room for the kids to play, a massive dog park and a great family atmosphere. Carson Catalina is a 152-unit apartment community located in Carson City, Nevada. Pepper Kemp has been EBMC's onsite Resident Manager since June 1998.
