Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President of EBMC, Mr. Miller is responsible for processing of all client and corporate accounting in addition to certain administrative activities within the organization. Mr. Miller oversees and works directly with all the various office locations within the company.

Prior to joining EBMC in early 2006, Mr. Miller served as Director of Finance, Vice President Finance, and Chief Financial Officer within healthcare service and financing organizations for the past 20 years. He has significant Wall Street capital finance and rating agency experience in conjunction with bond offerings. His previous appointments include ensuring organizations remain in compliance with regulatory and debt covenant restrictions.

In addition to property management experience gained from his previous positions, Mr. Miller has significant experience coordinating banking, insurance and outside auditor relations. The bulk of Mr. Miller’s experience has been in the context of fiduciary dealings with third parties’ money.

Mr. Miller achieved Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business Administration from the University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio and a CPA certificate from the State of Iowa.
