District Manager

Trudy Morrison is the District Manager for Marin, working from EBMC’s Novato office. She is familiar with homeowners associations from all aspects: as an association member, a former association Board member, as a vendor and a property supervisor.

As a Certified Community Association Manager® (CCAM®), Trudy participates regularly in industry educational events, as well as being actively involved in tracking and providing input on new Common Interest Development legislation.

In addition to providing counsel to the property supervisors who manage individual Marin properties, she also remains active as a manager.

Trudy holds a BA from Marquette University and was previously vice president of marketing for a division of the Hersey Corp.
