Assistant District Manager - Carlsbad

Rebeccah Abney began her career at EBMC in 2005 managing a portfolio of community associations. As Assistant District Manager, Rebeccah is charged with the assisting the operation and management of the Carlsbad office. Additionally, she manages a portfolio of community associations. The Carlsbad Office currently consists of a portfolio containing community associations, single-family investment properties and apartment communities.

Ms. Abney’s experience is a derivative of a strong sales and customer service driven background. She has attended the CACM® “Basics of Association Management” courses, and is currently a candidate for the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) program. She attends various industry trade shows and legal seminars each year. Ms. Abney values the importance of keeping herself, and the Carlsbad staff apprised of the laws that govern CID’s.
