Ramona Ferreira is District Manager of EBMC's San Diego portfolio which includes offices in Carlsbad and Poway.

She has extensive experience in commercial real estate including accounting, asset management, financial analysis and property management. Her portfolio responsibilities included office buildings, apartments, industrial parks, hotels and retail. Ramona has completed all CCIM classes and previously held the position of Education Chair for CCIM San Diego. Ramona has also been an active member in BOMA and IREM.

Prior to joining EBMC Ramona held positions with UCSD, Burnham Real Estate Services and CIGNA Corp where she was General Manager of Graduate and Staff Housing, Director of Asset Services and VP Asset Management respectively.

Ramona has a BS degree in Accounting and graduated Summa Cum Laude with distinction from the University of Connecticut. Ramona also earned an Executive Certificate in Voluntary Leadership from Chapman University.
