Director of Payroll and Benefits

Nancy Hoyer joined EBMC in September 2010 as the Payroll/Timekeeping Assistant.  In June 2011 she became the Director of Payroll and Benefits responsible for the continuity, integrity, and process discipline of the company's Human Resource functions.

Nancy's HR and Payroll experience is equal to approximately 30 years beginning with the Emporium as a HR Generalist and manager; and most recently with Fireman's Fund Insurance company where she was primarily responsible for leading the payroll process nationwide.

Throughout her career Nancy has participated in various HR and Benefit related seminars through World At Work; is a member of the American Payroll Association (APA), it's local San Francisco Chapter and the Society of Human Resources (SHRM).
