Ms. Burger serves as Senior Vice President of Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC) and has managed a full-spectrum of real estate including common interest developments, multifamily residential including both conventional and afforable housing, commercial office, retail and medical, single-family home and mini-storage. One of Ms. Burger’s greatest attributes is holding a fundamental knowledge of most management practices and disciplines.

Career at Eugene Burger Management Corporation

  • 1979 – 1986 held various onsite various positions at Jacqueline Court Apartments located in San Francisco, Loring Heights Apartments in Novato, Regency Towers (an 18-story subsidized housing community) in Oakland, CA and Lakeview Apartments a 328-unit apartment community in Reno, Nevada.
  • 1986-1988 Vice President/Portfolio Manager managing conventional apartment communities, subsidized apartment communities and commercial properties Reno, Nevada.
  • 1988-2000 Vice President/Portfolio Manager managing common interest developments, mini-storage, commercial and medical buildings, Greenbrae, CA. Performed “full-envelope” renovations to three common interest developments in excess of $12 million. Responsible for achieving a $500,000 refund of Marin County property taxes back to EBMC’s Association managed clients.
  • 2000-2004 Vice President/District Manager. Responsible for day-to-day corporate activities, supervision of staff and the management of EBMC’s association clients at the Petaluma, CA location. The Petaluma associations combined real estate value, $1.5 billion.
  • 2004-2006 Senior Vice President/Director overseeing EBMC’s Rohnert Park, California Common Interest Development Portfolio of 100 Associations with a combined real estate value in excess of $3.5 billion. Was responsible for consulting and management services to high-end common interest developments in Ketchum, Idaho with combined real estate values of $225 million. Performed construction management activities on EBMC’s 10,000 s.f. office of $1 million.
  • 2006-2012 – Senior Vice President/Director, participates with the executive staff in the development of EBMC’s client services, marketing, development of programs, policies and procedures, evaluation of corporate insurance/health benefits,  budgeting, evaluation and selection of technology driven products and team development.
