Carra Clampitt is the
Vice President of EBMC’s Northern California operations and District Manager for the Rohnert Park office of the Eugene Burger Management Corporation. The Rohnert Park office is located in Sonoma County, north of San Francisco, and currently consists of a portfolio containing community association management, commercial management and leasing, management and leasing of rental properties; single-family homes and apartments.
Carra has an extensive background in a number of areas of property management including; common interest developments, community association management, residential income property and commercial owners association management. During her over 30-year career, Carra has obtained regulatory credentials in many of the above industries and currently holds credentials including the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®), Large Scale Community Management Certificate, Portfolio Management Specialty Certificate and a California Real Estate Sales License.
As Vice President, Carra oversees the management of the San Francisco, Novato and Windsor offices.
As District Manager, Carra oversees the management of all properties in Sonoma, Napa and Lake Counties, as well as the property supervisors who manage those individual properties. She holds weekly staff meetings and regularly invites industry professionals to speak to staff regarding law changes as well as new and creative approaches to daily problems such as pest control and maintenance. She is a CACM class instructor, teaching Ethics, Effective Board Meetings, Assessment Collection and Advanced Budgeting to CACM members at large as well as her staff, in order to reduce costs by holding the classes in the local EBMC office.
As an advocate for higher standards and industry accountability, Carra is a member of the Community Association Institute's (CAI) Bay Area Chapter. She is also active in the Executive Council of Home Owners (ECHO), having founded the Wine Country Resource Panel, which is held monthly at EBMC's Rohnert Park office. She has been an invited speaker and educator for various ECHO Seminars and other venues. Carra has been elected to the CACM Board of Directors for a second three-year term beginning January 2016.
